Refund and Cancellation Policies for Memberships and training Sessions
There is no cash or credit card refund.
There is no make up training session or substitution for missing an appointment.
Membership can be cancelled via written communication email only. If there are sessions and time left on your package, there will be no refunds. In extreme circumstances such as severe injuries, a credit may possibly be applied and must be used within 6 months. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis. There is no refund for the membership fee or unused training sessions.
Membership Hold
Athletes have an option to put their membership and training sessions on Hold for up to 3 months.
Lesson cancellation policy
Clients are asked to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if they wish to cancel a training session. When the required 48 hour notice is provided, the training session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Late Policy
If a player is late for their session, the time remaining on their lesson will be fulfilled. If there has been no communication after 20 minutes the coach can leave and a full amount of a missed session will be charged.
Payment Policy
Payment Method: Cheque. Venmo or Zelle. A returned cheque will have a $45 service fee.
Please note all payments must be made in full before engaging in any training commitment with the Coach.
